Work method

BBR members meet at least twice a year in plenary session to:



Define priority topics for strategic analysis



Review ongoing work and assess progress



Approve the publication of position papers



Guide external communications and promotion of recommendations to policymakers

To support this work, BBR sets up dedicated working groups aligned with its internal structure. Each group is responsible for drafting position papers on their respective topics, which are then submitted for approval by the broader membership.

Members contribute to this process by engaging the relevant departments within their own organisations, as well as drawing on the expertise of designated knowledge partners. The work is primarily based on in-house data, insights, and experience.

The day-to-day management of BBR is overseen by the Executive Chairman.
